Harvey has over 29 years of experience in employee benefits.  He has extensive experience with plan design and pricing, sales training, market analysis and market development.

Harvey is a Principal at Windsor Strategy Partners.  Harvey acts as a senior advisor to our clients.  He leads the firm’s work in market analysis and market research, insurance sales organization and marketing strategy.

 

Prior to his current position at Windsor Strategy Partners, Harvey has held executive level positions in sales and marketing with BC/BS of Colorado, Great West Life and Annuity Ins. Co. and American Fidelity Insurance Co.  As well as executive level positions in group insurance underwriting with The Guardian and Great West Life and Annuity.

 

Harvey graduated with a BA in Political Science from University of Winnipeg.  He is a Fellow of the Life Office of Management Institute.  Harvey has participated in speeches and presentations to HIAA and the Society of Actuaries.  He was a Member of the Colorado governor's task force on minimum health plan standards and a guest instructor at the Colorado Community College system in employee benefit design and pricing.  Harvey is also a member of the Colorado Mental Health Advocacy Group.
