Mike is "of counsel" to Windsor Strategy Partners and his expertise is invaluable in product development, organizational development and product delivery consulting.  Mike established Craford Benefit Consultants in 1989 and serves as Managing Principal in San Rafael, CA. 

 

Over the past 18 years, Mike has led their corporate strategy highlighted by sustained growth in new client relationships and quality consulting services. He continues to position the company as a leading provider of Human Capital Employee Benefit Services to clients located across the United States.

 

Mike is involved in a number of professional organizations, including the American Compensation Association, the International Society of Employee Benefit Specialists, the Western Pension & Benefits Conference and Contract Services Association.  Mike completed his studies at Portland’s Lewis & Clark College majoring in Communications and Journalism.
