Joe has over 16 years of experience as a healthcare/managed care actuary.  During that time he has assisted a majority of the health insurance system participants including insurers, reinsurers, providers, governments and employers in quantifying and managing their healthcare liabilities.  Joe’s expertise is primarily in the product development, pricing, underwriting, reserving and provider contracting for medical, dental and vision products.

Joe is a Partner with Windsor Strategy Partners.  He provides strategic direction and analysis to our healthcare industry clients as well as providing technical actuarial and underwriting support to assist and enhance day to day operations.

 

Prior to joining Windsor Strategy Partners, Joe was a Consulting Actuary at Apex Management Group, a healthcare actuarial consulting firm.  Previous other employment includes being a Senior Actuarial Consultant at KPMG LLP and a senior actuarial analyst at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. 

 

Joe graduated with a BS in Actuarial Science and Economics from Lebanon Valley College.  He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
