· Development of in-house training programs for new and experienced underwriters

 

· Development and implementation of “correspondence-type” courses for underwriters focusing on continuing education and skill development

 

· Actuarial review courses for two of the ratemaking CAS exams for the Casualty Actuaries of the Mid-Atlantic Region and the Southern California Casualty Actuarial Club.

 

· Development of training course for non-actuaries (primarily underwriters, agents, and brokers on de-mystifying actuarial ratemaking and on ratemaking in general.

 

· Short seminar on reserving for non-actuaries

 

· Training and continuing education seminars to property/casualty underwriters and producers on ratemaking.  These seminars will de-mystify actuarial ratemaking and premium development.
